Once digital materials have been accessed, they are not eligible for return. If you have purchased a license within the last 5 days and have NOT logged in, you may request a refund. Email us through our Contact Us page.

We take your privacy very seriously. We only use your information to process your order, to contact you in order to resolve billing or shipping issues. We do not rent or sell your information to any third parties.

We make every effort to keep your information secure. We take security very seriously and are compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard, the technical and operational requirements for secure credit card transactions.

HERE’S WHAT WE DO TO PROTECT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION:

Credit card numbers are not stored in our database for regular orders. Credit card authorization is conducted directly by Stripe payment processor and your credit card information is not visible to us.

Payment processing includes a risk assessment to guard against fraudulent credit card usage.
